With the Carstens Lübecker Marzipan we also supply The world’s best Marzipan - protected by the European Union: Lübecker Marzipan. Since 1875 Carstens has been producing Lübecker Marzipan in the northern German city of Lübeck. A unique flavour of almond and chocolate thanks to the very high content of almonds in our marzipan and the use of original recipes - without being too sweet.
