Al-Moutahed Co. s.a.l, a subsidiary of Al Moutahed Group Holding s.a.l, established in Lebanon in 1960, is one of the largest flexible packaging manufacturers in the Middle East region. It has a long history and rich experience in Flex gravure and Rotogravure printing, using the latest machinery and most advanced technology. One of its pride accomplishments is winning the OPPACK Award 2000 sponsored by MOBIL PLASTIC EUROPE in Luxembourg. It is certified under ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and BRC/IOP Global standard for packaging and packaging materials with "A" degree. In 2011, the latest Cerruti Rotogravure printing machine was implemented, and in 2012 the pouch making machine was installed for zipper bags and all types of ready bags. In 2012, waxing facilities were expended and a new line of production for chocolate collections wrapping material was implemented, printed and embossed. In 2015, a new coating machine was inaugurated for cold seal products, and in 2018, artificial intelligence technology was added to the production lines by implementing an advanced 3D bag making machine for multiple applications. It manufactures all types of wrapping servicing several sectors, including foodstuff (confectionery, chocolate, chips, milk powder, nuts, coffee, spices, dried fruits, dairy products and biscuits…), beverages, juices, detergents, cosmetics, beauty care products, household cleaning liquids, cold seal products, lidding material, chocolate wrapping material (Weddings and Celebrations), gift wrappers, in addition to an advanced 3D bag making machine for multiple applications. The state of art technology in the company’s design department also provides customers with the added value of innovative packaging design services. The company’s chemical lab is equipped with the latest gas chromatography system which enables accurate data for printing materials. We export our products to more than 70 countries worldwide.
