National Industries Park (NIP) is 21 square kilometres of a sprawling specially designated land in the heart of Dubai’s new industrial district that offers a seamless connection to the supply chain. NIP is in proximity to the Expo 2020 Dubai site, and the Dubai Logistics Corridor, which includes Jebel Ali Port and Al Maktoum International Airport. With a mix of plots of land, warehouses, prime office space, the National Industries Park can be accessed from Sheikh Zayed Road, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and the Emirates Road.
