Handmade for over a century, SESAMON passion cake is prepared using the traditional Middle Eastern recipe. Τhe use of tried and tested preparation techniques by artisans well-versed in the art of making halva and the fact that each individual package is hand-filled with care help the product retain its original texture and ensure that it will not crumble during serving.
