Our patented Jet Cook system uses 50%+ less energy that traditional processing equipment, and with zero burn-on dramatically reduces down time when cleaning, as well as reduces water and chemical usage. The processing time of cooks using Jet Cook is also reduced by as much as 70%, with improved product quality and nutritional value.
