Fat Filled Powder

Available in different protein contents: min. 24% of proteins, fit for making yoghurt, curd & milk drinks 18 – 20% of proteins, fit for beverages & reconstituted milk 10% of proteins, fit for beverages, reconstituted milk, coffee/tea whitener 4% of proteins, fit for beverages, reconstituted millk, coffee/tea whitener Main composition: vegetable fat content of min. 28% moisture content of max. 4% product can be fortified with vitamins A, C & D3 + iron and zinc color: white to creamy available as INSTANT type (besides in hot/lukewarm water, it can be easily dissolved in cold water). It is preferred to use previously-boiled water. The product has a long shelf life of approx. 18 - 24 months from date of manufacture (depending on its packaging) and it should be stored in a cool, dark and dry place (preferably below 25˚C). Do not expose the product to direct sunlight or to strong odours. Packaging Our IFFP is available in 25 kg, 10 kg, 5 kg multi-ply paper bags with poly inner liner, various tin sizes (400 gram, 900 gram, 1800 gram and 2500 gram), various sachet sizes and in Big Bags of approx. 1000 kg net weight each.
