Pharmaceutical Lactose

Lactose is a commonly used filler in solid dosage formulas and is well known for its high mechanical strength. By agglomerating the lactose, a unique value is added to make this excipient perfect for producing tablets  (the easiest and most cost-effective way).  Our AlphaTab-DC 250 can be used as a filler or diluent in pharmaceutical tablets & capsules and to a more limited extent in lyophilized products, infant formulas and as a diluent in dry-powder inhalations. The product has a very long shelf life of approx. 36 months from date of manufacture (depending on its packaging) and it should be stored in a cool, dark and dry place (preferably below 20˚C).
