1.     buononaturale offers four types of authentic Italian risotto, a product of Italian organic farming. Our risotti are precooked, dehydrated preparations combining premium Italian Carnaroli rice with various vegetables. When exposed to a source of heat (in pot or microwave), they rehydrate in about 15 minutes, according to the instructions printed on the label. The buononaturale ready-to-cook risotto range includes: Risotto with nettles, Risotto with asparagus, Risotto with porcini mushrooms, and Risotto with vegetables. These ambient meals are gluten free and vegan, as well as offer a healthy yet gluttonous meal rich in various types of nutrients, from protein (10%) to fiber, with low sodium content. Each 250g package serves a "meal for 3" in a matter of minutes.
