Filling & Sealing Machine 'COMBISEPTIC' for pre-formed cups

Offering wide scale flexibility in terms of size, shape and multi-layer presentations, the COMBISEPTIC filling and sealing machine handles liquid-to-pasty products with or without particulates. Maximum filling volume reaches 550 ml and output ranges between 9,000 and 18,000 cups/h. Additional flexibility is possible with simultaneous filling of 2 different formats. Depending on the market and product requirements, the following hygiene levels are available: ‘clean’ and ‘ultra-clean’. The COMBISEPTIC  handles fermented milk products, soft drinks, single and multi-layer desserts – also for spiralled or vertical-layer defined products or similar special product presentations, aerated products, fruit preparations/sauces, rice puddings, instant soups, cereals/dry products, etc.
