CAFFE MORANDINI S.r.l.HP2-L15Caffè Morandini is a second-generation roasting company founded in the 1960s, located in Northern Italy.
Moved by a real passion for quality and care of the detail, the company gaze never remained still and always aimed at perfection, trying to combine the traditional Morandini recipes with the most up-to-date technologies.
In July 2012 the company installed a fully automated roasting plant which made possible to treat different origins and qualities individually, varying the roasting time and temperatures to preserve all their organoleptic features and give rise to products that can satisfy even the most demanding palates.
At the beginning of 2018 the company decided to encompass, far in advance, the composability matter, investing to take this concept to single-serve solutions (i.e. E.S.E. pods and capsules compatible with NESPRESSO® machines), in line with the most contemporary trends. The implementation of a packaging plant which fills pods and capsules and packs them without any human intervention was the first step; the "OK COMPOST – INDUSTRIAL" certification (by TUV AUSTRIA) immediately followed.
Now the company can produce quality blends and pack them in compostable-certified materials internally, which allows them to have a more direct control over the whole process.
Combining attention to the selection of the best raw materials with a precise contemporary business attitude, Caffè Morandini managed to set their foot in many EU as well as Non-EU markets, and distinguished itself by offering coffee products of certified, recognized quality. With 18 Gold Medals obtained at the International Coffee Tasting so far, the real benchmark in the field, Caffè Morandini is one of the most-awarded Italian companies in the competition’s history, at demonstration of a constant high-quality standard over time.
