High speed shearing emulsification tank, one of the most advanced blenders in China presently, is widely used in milk, drink and food etc. It can be used in any liquid-liquid, liquid-solid product including emulsion reagent, paint, dye, pigment, paper and so on, which may needs agitation, dispersion, emulsification, equalization, milling, suspending and dissolving in chemical or light industry.
Structure:
This tank has its own agitator with the sealing pairing of rotor and stator to ensure that the materials can be cut in high speed of near one million per minute. And anyone can be chosen among three stators in this structure.
It can be made to be single layer, double layer or three layer.
