WJA-4/6/9 series linear blow molding machine is the latest technology imported from Germany. WJA-4 two-step blow molding machine is a high-volume full-automatic production equipment suitable for various PET containers. Its operation process does not require any manual operation, and the entire process is independently completed by the machine. This model uses a slideway to connect the star wheel into the embryo, the servo-controlled furnace chain runs the embryo at a constant speed, the servo-driven variable-pitch mechanism connects the embryo, the servo single-power crank connecting rod opening and closing mold, and the servo-driven stretching mechanism. Compared with traditional equipment, this new model has greatly improved the production capacity and efficiency, while achieving the effects of energy saving and noise reduction.
