VOLUMETRIC PNEUMATIC DOSING MACHINE Our fillers have been designed, built and put on the market to dose any kind of product of the following sectors: alimentary, chemical, cosmetic and pharmaceutical. Through a suction system the product is introduced into the dosing chamber. As it has reached the quantity required, the piston begins to push the product on the outside through the output valve and the related nozzle. Different kinds of valves can be installed on the machine according to the product to be managed. On the rear side of the dosing machine there is a hand-wheel that determines the product volume. Several models are available having the following volume range: - 0-38 ml - 2-100 ml - 5-260 ml - 20-680 ml - 50-1300 mThe o-rings and gaskets are manufactured in food grade PTFE and silicone for food products or in PTFE s/steel, FKM or EPDM for chemicals and cosmetics. All the other parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316 L s/steel. All the connections are made by tri-clamp like those used in the pharmaceutical sector. The operator doesn’t need any tool to dismantle the machine for cleaning operations or technical interventions. The suction and dosing speed can be regulated by mean of 2 air pressure regulators All our machines are CE certificated. The machine is completely pneumatic and need a 6 bar air compressed supply (we suggest a 80/100 litres air compressed). DOSELITE is also available with frame on wheels and this configuration is particularly advisable for connecting directly to a storage tank. Our technical / commercial office can direct you towards the best choice based on your needs and is available to carry out dosage tests with your products if requested or deemed necessary.
