FLUELITE Volumetric doser with totally pneumatic operation for filling any plastic, glass, Pet or tinplate container with liquid products of a food, cosmetic or chemical nature. The machine can have one or two spouts. The standard version of the FLUELITE filler can be made with a methacrylate cylinder for doses from 100 ml up to 2 Lt or for doses from 200 ml up to 5 Lt. The standard version includes the machine with PMMA cylinder, the product suction tube, a stainless steel spout (available in different sizes depending on the diameter of the bottle to be filled) and the gasket kit (in food-grade silicone or viton for non-solvent chemical products.) In addition to the basic version (with plastic cylinder), various accessories are available for customizing the FLUELITE dispensers depending on whether you need to dose a rather viscous chemical product (for which an anti-drop valve is required), you want to dose a alcohol base greater than 20% (for which the product cylinder in 316L stainless steel is required) or a foamy liquid product must be dosed (for which a bottom filling system using immersion spouts is required). The nozzle lifting speed is adjustable as well as the filling and suction speed. There is a timer for setting the nozzle lifting delay (from the beginning of the filling operation). The volume can be easily selected within a 100 to 2000 ml or 250 – 5000 ml range.
