Information
Correggiolo, an ancient cultivar of Middle Italy origin, has long found a favourable environment for its cultivation in our land. It is a fruity monocultivar reminiscent of green olives, balanced on the palate with fresh vegetable notes, in which thistle, artichoke and fresh almond stand out in pleasant contrast to the well-dosed bitterness and spiciness in the finish. 
Preferably raw, ideal on bruschetta, legume soups, pinzimonio and grilled meat.
