UNGAR have full serial aluminum foil container making machines, including 55 tons, 63 tons, 80 tons, and 110 tons machine.
There are 8 CAM Related Solenoid Vales controlled by PLCs and 8 fixed Valves with pressure regulator. That's able to run multi-cavities moulds for Wrinkle-Wall, Smooth-Wall, Airline and son on. It's able to run 4 even 5 cavities moulds. At the same time, improvements (just like, Die Height Adjust System, Multi Operating Modes, Stacker Dimension Hand Operating System) based on customer feedbacks and self-researching make the mould change and production debug be much easier and faster.
6 safety Doors, 10 Emergency Buttons, Automatic Stock Stacker Sensors constitute a complete security system for your machines and workers. This production line is equipped with Advanced Man-Machine Interactive System. Set up the parameters through the touch screen panel and got the machine feed backs directly shown on the panel.
All of those machines are strictly made by EU standards and certificated by "CE" authentication.
