Aluminum Foil Container Mold

Aluminum Foil Container Production Line is designed especially for disposable Aluminum foil containers, dishes and trays. It is combined by a fully automatic system, including Decoiler, Vertical Press Machine, Automatic Stacker, Automatic Scrap Collecting and Pressing system. We can build moulds according to customer's requests, with different rim configurations including Full Curl(G rim), Hemmed Vertical Edge(L rim), Interrupted Vertical Curl(IVC) etc. We can produce moulds in different shapes and sizes of containers, as well as the number of cabities in the mould. Mould specifications depends on the tray/container dimensions and shapes.
