Cocoa mass is also known as “cocoa liquor” is the key ingredient in chocolate primarily because of the critical properties it can provide. It provides desired flavour and is responsible for the smooth, melting consistency in chocolate. Besides chocolate, cocoa mass is also used in bakery products and ice cream coating. At GCB, we can provide ingle origin bean of cocoa mass made from West African to Asian cocoa beans. West African cocoa mass with good cocoa flavor, fruity, touch of acid and bitterness. Asian cocoa mass with medium cocoa flavor, acidity and notable astringency. Cocoa mass in GCB is packed in 15kg and 25kg carton. GCB can also provide cocoa mass in liquid form.
