Filling system for all kinds of free-flowing, powdered and granulated products into rigid containers. The basic filling principle is based on a continuously operating rotary filler with an integrated volumetric dosing system. The optimized design of the product-carrying section ensures a gentle processing of the product. Dust-free filling is ensured by a sealing element in the filling area. The product flows from the product tank into the infinitely adjustable dosing cylinders. By controlled opening and closing of the closing flaps at the lower part of the dosing cylinder, the product is filled volumetrically / volume-exactly into the container. Vibrating vertically on the bottom of the container ensures intensive product compression during the entire filling process.
