Our freezing spirals are custom-designed for each production line and function to speed up processing times and save space. At Sarp, we develop vertical spiral systems to maximise the available space. The coils are very close together, and this gives you the possibility of handling a large quantity of product in a compact space. The spiral freezer is positioned inside an insulated chamber, in which the temperature can drop to -40 °C, to allow effective treatment. Furthermore, inside the chamber, there are evaporators that have the fundamental function of producing and distributing the flow of air, which maintains the temperature constant and uniform, guaranteeing optimal heat exchange for the product and speeding up freezing times. With Sarp you can customise deep-freezing systems in every detail, adapt them to your needs and easily integrate them into your production line: meat, dairy, fruit, and vegetables are just a few examples.
