Pasteurizer is supplied by Food Engineering Service Company, USA. 10 kg Frozen Whole Egg Liquid is bagged in Low Density Poly Ethylene bags and placed in the 5 ply corrugated Cartons. Major hazards are Salmonella and foreign matter. Preventive measures are pasteurization and filtration of hen egg liquid with good manufacturing practice
