PRODUCT DESCRIPTION : Hen Whole Egg Powder Hen Whole Egg Powder is produced by Hen Egg liquid by pasteurization and spray drying. Both pasteurizer and dryer units are supplied by Food Engineering Service Company, USA. 25 kg powder is packed in Low Density Poly Ethylene bags and placed in the 5 ply corrugated Cartons. Major hazards are Salmonella and foreign matter. Preventive measures are pasteurization and filtration of egg liquid, sifting and metal detection of finished product with good manufacturing practice
