PRODUCT DESCRIPTION : Hen Egg Yolk Powder Hen Egg Yolk Powder is produced by Hen Egg Yolk by pasteurization and drying. Both pasteurizer and dryer units are supplied by Food Engineering Service Company, USA. 25 kg powder is packed in Low Density Poly Ethylene bags and placed in the 5 ply corrugated Cartons. Major hazards are Salmonella and foreign matter. Preventive measures are pasteurization and filtration of yolk liquid, sifting and metal detection of finished product with good manufacturing practice
