PRODUCT DESCRIPTION : Hen Egg Albumen Powder Hen Egg Albumen Powder is produced by Hen Egg Albumen Liquid by Fermentation, Spray drying and Pasteurization in Hot Room. During fermentation Citric acid and yeast are used as ingredients. Dryer unit is supplied by FES, USA 25 kg powder is packed in Low Density Poly Ethylene bags and placed in the 5 ply corrugated Cartons. Major hazards are Salmonella and foreign matter. Preventive measures are pasteurization and filtration of Hen Egg Albumen liquid, sifting and metal detection of finished product with good manufacturing practice
