Information

Carrageenan E407 is white or light brown granules or powder, odorless, tasteless, large, and highly elastic molecules. It is soluble in water at about 80°C, forming a viscous, transparent, or slightly milky white free-flowing solution. Based on the properties of carrageenan, carrageenan food additive is used as a thickener, gelling agent, suspending agent, emulsifier and stabilizer in the food industry.
