Established in 1962 and now celebrating 61 years of business, NiMCO CORPORATION has earned the reputation as the leading independent manufacturer of gable-top packaging machine systems worldwide with over 2000 installations in over 70 countries.   NiMCO’s ability to customize each machine to our customers’ needs has led to the most flexible machine models in the industry that are suitable for a wide variety of liquid and dry product types in an array of food and non-food applications.  Models are available to fill carton volumes of 4 ounces through 5 liters at filling speeds ranging from 4 up to 125 cartons per minute.  Auxiliary filler systems specific for each product are integrated into any machine regardless of carton volume or machine speed – fillers include piston, time-metered, flow-metered, auger, cup, net-weight scale or volumetric systems.    NiMCO machines are constructed using all stainless-steel frames and with mechanical drive systems and each model is available with the optional CAP PAC® spout applicating system which automatically applies and ultrasonically welds plastic spouts into any paperboard container.   NiMCO’s UltraClean ESL system takes standard machines to a higher hygiene level to help extend the shelf-life of chilled products beyond the pasteurized level for distribution benefits.
