Slab Block Moulder Machine

Fully automatic continuous wrapping machine for continuous extrusion and packaging of margarine, butter and other edible fats. The extremely compact machine is designed for the packaging of slabs from 2 to 5kg and blocks from 5 to 25kg with a productivity up to 8 t/h. Thanks to a dedicated PLC and the HMI mounted on the machine, all parameters can be controlled in real time. The machine is designed to synchronize itself with the extrusion speed of the product from the upstream resting tube. The format-change is extremely quick thanks to the adjustment handwheels on the functional groups and the kits specially designed for the required format. Reel change is simple and quick, thanks to the extractable trolley, in order to allow very short line stops. The machine can be equipped with options according to the specific technical and product needs of the customer. The electrical panel is on board the machine, saving space and reducing installation and commissioning times.
