Filtration and clarification

When it comes to fruit juices filtration, TMCI proposes a huge range of equipment/plants with and without the aid of filtration adjuvants. More in details, tangential filtration is a process without adjuvants. Through clarification it is possible to obtain a clear product without filtrating elements. In TMCI’s range of filters we can find: -          Victoria: D.E. pressure tested filter for various products, including fruit juices, nectars, soft drinks, syrups and infusions. -          Greenfilter: D.E. filter but with horizontal plates, suitable for the above products and many more. -          Masterinox and Masterlight: traditional plate and sheet filters, composed by a steel framework where a variable number of plates can be mounted. Plates can be in noryl, lunaryl or stainless steel, depending on the customer’s need. -          Ultrafiltration and microfiltration: different types of accurate filtration. Microfiltration is of frontal type, with replaceable cartridges, while ultrafitration is of crossflow type, with polymeric or ceramic capillary. -          Dynamos: made in stainless steel AISI 304, it is designed for the filtration of liquids with high content of solids in suspension, completely automatic.
