Pasto-Carbo & Mixer-Pasto-Carbo: Multipurpose machines

Pasto-carbo and mixer-pasto-carbo are hybrid machines that allows the production of a wide range of different products. -       Pasto-carbo is used in case of RTD beverages that only needs the pasteurization and/or carbonation steps. -       Mixer-pasto-carbo is required when water and syrup mixing is required too. It can provide: water deaeration, mixing of two or more components, pasteurization of the mixed beverage and CO2 dosing to obtain the final product. The operator can make the mixer-pasto-carbo working in the following configurations (and many more): •           Premix to produce Carbonated Soft Drinks, •           Mixer-Pasto to produce Tea, •           Deaerator-Carbonator to produce mineral water, •           Pasteurizer to produce juices or nectars, •           High Gravity for beer and/or juice.   The advantages of these machines consist in executing all the operations in line, and to manage them separately with the same machine. Multipurpose machines are built on skid, with a compact configuration, and are all equipped with PLC for recipes selection.
