Information
MSP is used as an emulsifier, buffer, nutrient and quality improver in the food industry.
(1) Used as an acidity regulator in food processing: low enriched milk, sweetened condensed milk , thin cream and cheese.
(2) Used as a binding agent and stabilizer in meat products: luncheon meat, cooked ham, cooked minced meat and meat soup.
