Information

Biovitec is a French family company specialized in the production of meat starter cultures. Since our creation in 2004, we have been supplying most of the European markets with our products. We produce: - starter cultures for traditional dry sausages including sujuk and fast maturing salamis like pepperoni - starter cultures for dry pieces of meat - covering cultures (Penicillium) - bioprotective cultures for fresh sausages and ground meat - starter cultures for the production of cooked ham and sausages with nitrite salt We work eagerly with distributors and also blenders, to whom we can offer tailored-made products with their own private label. We develop products upon request, whether in terms of composition of strains or of packaging. We are looking forward to expanding our activities in the Middle-East and Western Asia.
